TDM 009: I'M IN LIKE WITH YOU

00. Arrival This time, you come out of the water, the Nameless Island's own inherent energy drawing people in. It's like being suspended between realities and abruptly pushed from behind through a rift in dimensions. It may make you sick, or that might be the motion of the ocean, lifting you to the surface and carrying you to shore. Waterlogged and covered in sand, new arrivals will be greeted by robots who welcome them with towels and bracelet devices. The A5 card is already loaded up. Feel free to explore the Island, though there isn’t much to see. Most of the buildings are abandoned and in dire need of repair, and beyond the city lingers a thick fog that obscures much of the wilderness from view. Wander too far into this fog, and you will find yourself mysteriously looping back to where you began, your memories of what you were doing and how you got there erased. With that in mind, it may be wise to stake your claim on a rundown apartment, a tent on the beach, or a bed in the “comfortable” new barracks. Your inventory will be found a day later, wrapped up haphazardly and delivered to each person's makeshift home. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● I. STARGAZER On the first night that new arrivals wash ashore, the moon rises. It's full and beautiful and surrounded by stars. The robots quickly bring old, dusty telescopes out of storage and line them up on the beach to help people get a truly spectacular view. "Look to the heavens! Behold, the chicken, the cat, the owl, the donkey!" It's... the cock, the pussy, the hooters, and the ass. For the rest of the night, characters will become fixated on the specific asset associated with the constellation they've gotten an eyeful of. Whether this leads to some body worship or just casual appreciation is up to you. You can learn about the stars and constellations later this month in some of the rare, non-pornographic books in the library. (More info will go up soon, so please be patient!) ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● II. STIMULATING CONVERSATION An ancient courting ritual has been announced! It involves the give-and-take of candy hearts with slogans printed on them. Of course, since these hearts are being manufactured by robots, their sense of taste is a little... off? Or perhaps off-putting? "You'll do." "5/10." "Acceptable." "Sloppy Seconds." Receiving a negative heart makes one feel insecure, jealous, and submissive. "Be mine." "Nicest ass." "Swell bulge." "They're good lays, Bront." Receiving a positive heart will make one feel confident, boastful, and dominant. Your friendly neighborhood 'bots will give them out to anyone who asks - and maybe even those who don't. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● III. Eat Or Dare The robots have set up a stall by the beach with a banner that reads: Eat Or Dare. They have procured bigger candy hearts than ever before -- fist-sized and larger -- with actions written on them instead of derogatory slogans. "Take a dive." "Lick me." "Get handsy." The name of the game is to follow the instructions or forfeit the challenge by making the evidence disappear into your mouth. Delicious! Those who eat the candy hearts will feel themselves getting giddy and unreasonably invested in the love affairs of others. 00. ARRIVAL

Between one blink and the next, Lan Xichen finds he's washed up on the shore of some unfamiliar beach. It isn't too atypical for how his mind has been lately, he supposes, continually withdrawing into itself and losing large stretches of time as he devotes his thoughts to the past, but he would like to think that he is not so far gone as to leave his home and find his way to a beach without any knowledge of how it came to be.

There's little answers to be gained by the robots that eventually greet him. He absorbs it as best as he can, when he already felt himself lost in something of a fog even back home, among familiar surroundings. It is enough to know that he is, apparently, stuck here - and for the tips of his ears to turn red when he reads the card on the device he was given. He certainly doesn't have the capacity to process it right now, so he ignores it in favor of stretching out on the beach to try to dry off.

Eventually, he begins to explore around the island, until he finds another person - and not one made of metal.

"Ah - forgive me, but do you live here?"

I. STARGAZER

Uncertain as he is about all of this, he isn't going to turn down an opportunity for star gazing - even if the night sky here does not seem to resemble any that he's stood under before.

He waits his turn patiently, hands tucked politely behind his back, until someone hands off the telescope to him and he peers up at the stars.

"Did you recognize any of them?"

II. STIMULATING CONVERSATION

Just like the stars, this is like no courting ritual he has heard of before. Under other circumstances, he would find himself fascinated by learning about an ancient courting ritual, and probably be ready to take copious notes - but he has not been in the learning mindset even before he found himself here, and by now he has seen enough of this place to assume that they are expected to take a much more active part in this ritual than simply learning.

Still, when one of the robots hands him a tiny confection, he has little option other than to take it.

His brows furrow as he reads what's on the candy.

"I don't suppose you happen to know enough about this courting ritual to understand what this means?"

Arrival

He's not in his robes, having left them to dry back at the realm, his hair caught back in a loose ponytail as he walks the beach, checking the new arrivals when he sees them surface. Best to be aware of who comes and goes after all, but his footsteps slow as white robes catch his eyes.

The robes aren't the ones he'd expected, honestly, the forehead ribbon something more familiar but even that is different. Still he follows until he can 'bump' into the stranger accidentally.

"I do." In answer to the question, turning to look up at Xichen's face, taking in his features from a closer distance. The clothing is similar, definitely, the hair ornament and forehead ribbon are different though. Still, he bows politely in greeting.

"I can take you somewhere to dry off and rest if you'd like. You may find familiar faces there."

This is new. Colette can swim, likes swimming is... not bad at swimming. Through the haze of her arrival, she's sure she wasn't swimming on purpose. She's not dressed for it, and there's no reason she should've been swimming out of necessity on the way to Asgard, which means that she's soaked and sandy for some other reason.

The nice robots helped her towel off, although all that hair will need properly washed at some point, and they gave her a neat bracelet - none of them tell her anything important. Where she is or how she got here, why there are robots here or who built them, and who else is here now? The easiest way to get a first impression is from the sky. Glowing wings of light emerge behind her, and she drifts upward a few dozen feet, effortlessly.

The beach is nice - has places to rest maybe? Lots of buildings, in various states of repair, some of them quite strange looking. And people. Her eyesight makes it apparent that, thank heavens, people live here. Rather than speeding off, though, she looks back down, and gently descends a respectful distance away from someone nearby - new arrival or otherwise - and approaches as her wings fade.

"Excuse me?" she asks politely, looking them over with a sweet smile.

She's stuck. This... puts a damper on things, of course. No more fixing the world or looking for Lloyd for now, none of her friends, no one who has even heard of where she's from. Just a mysterious foggy island with lots of other people trapped here.

But a lot of them also seem very nice. There's food, water, clothes, shelter. The robots are friendly, too, strange but helpful, and having found a simple tent to occupy for now, she's early in line to the telescopes.

"I think I see a donkey!" she exclaims, laughing softly. "They make such cute, funny noises."

"Are you sure this is... just for one person?" she asks inquisitively as she looks at the gut-busting, fist-sized heart. Not just her delicate fist, either, but enough to make even Colette feel like her teeth are already rotting out of her head.

Even stranger, it says 'Ride 'em Cowgirl' on the heart. Is she supposed to find an animal to ride? Or a piggy-back ride? Or... well, she's heard people talk about the, ah, goings on here by now, and she very much knows how the birds and the bees work, but unfortunately there's no one like Zelos or Raine here to teach her what a phrase like that means. Catch her just looking baffled, maybe teach her a thing or two?

Pyrrha had made it a habit to come by the beach regularly when it was about time for new arrivals to appear. She remembered how she had felt, confused and distraught. She wanted to help others not feel that as intensely.

While she appreciated that Colette had dropped down a respectable distance she still looked surprised as someone with wings just came down out of the sky! She hadn't met anyone who could fly quite like that yet so she was surprised.

However she calmed as the wings faded and the girls approached. She clearly wanted some help. "Hello there, are you a new arrival?" Pyrrha still sounded a little startled, but she could accept someone flying easily enough.

It seems unusual things will just keep happening today, from washing up on the beach of a strange world, to the little robotic fellows bustling about, and now Chung Myung is finding himself being approached by some kind of... fairy? Angel? He's not so sure what she is, but he's also not sure if anything else is really going to phase him at this point today.

Well, nothing is going to phase him much. He does still quirk a brow as she settles down nearby and her wings fade away. He's seen any number of human spirits in his time, but this is definitely a new one for him.

She seems polite enough, whoever and whatever she is, so he straightens up already feeling like he won't be much help to her at all.

[she's done this all before, the travelling between time and space, the upheaval from one world to the next, but it's never involved water. that much is new. it's an idle thought as she wakes up from her reverie, finding herself on the shore of a new land. maybe she's finally made it back to japan, she thinks, but when she pulls herself up from the sand, waves crashing into the back of her ankles, she realises she's not anywhere she's ever known. time to, once again, start from scratch.

dripping with seawater, she makes her way up the beach, scouting for a familiar face, or a face at all. someone has to have the answers to what this place is, and she's not quite sure the small army of robots following her with towels in hand are the right starting point. but then, she spots the back of a head, one that's not metallic, and chases after it.] Helloooo! Hey, can you hear me? [stumbling up the dunes, she starts to notice the fog and the ruins, but they're not going to talk back to her, are they?] I just have a few questions-- ah! [oof, a trip over a rock.] --before you go!

[the thing about hopping through space is the constellations and stars are never the same. however, people are drawn to them and try to make sense of them, put them into an order they can understand. that much seems to be universal. so when the telescopes are brought out to the beach, milly can't resist seeing how the skies on this island are laid out. they're bright, full of stars, and their constellations make more sense than earth's do. that one really does look like a rooster, and the other one is surely a cat! interesting...

stepping away from the telescopes, she keeps her eyes heavenward, not paying attention to the people nearby, only to stumble into someone. that brings her focus closer to the ground, eyes wide as she attempts to keep them both standing, rushed apologies spilling out as her hands reach out to steady her poor victim.]

I'm so sorry! Just got caught up in the magic of it all, you know?

[she says this, but her eyes are wandering up and down this person's body, clearly focused on a different kind of magic.]

[it seems that the robots are either overwhelmed in giving out candy hearts, or they have favourites, because milly has been given a basket full of them, each as awful as the last. she LOVES them, and why wouldn't everyone else love them too? besides, there's no better way to make friends than with these treats, right?

basket in arm, she hands out cute pink and purple hearts, trying to find the ones that are least offensive as she goes, until she's left with some bold statements. still, they're a well-intentioned gift, so no one can get too upset. rifling through the basket, she finds her next target, and bounds over to them with a bright smile.] You know what, I think I've got the perfect heart just for you. Just give me one second...

[the intent is to give out one that says "10/10 would make out with", but there's a couple that say "flat ass", "sex winner", and "u call that 6 inches?" right next to it... who knows which one she'll hand out this time!]

[as if the original candy hearts weren't enough, there's bigger ones, better ones along the beach. the sign says "eat or dare"-- what is she going to do, ignore it? what a funny thought. of course, she's not rushing over to the stall, just observing at the edge of the sand for a few moments before meandering over to the crowd, trying to catch glimpses of the hearts before grabbing a yellow candy before reading the dare on it. it'll be a surprise for everyone!

before she ruins the thrill of the unknown, she taps a stranger on their shoulder, offering the heart to them with a grin on her lips.] Wanna play? [she sure does.]

[Honestly, it doesn't especially matter which of the little candy hearts Milly gives him, he's ecstatic to see her and he's going to be equal parts embarrassed and entertained by whatever candy message he is handed. He waits patiently, and holds out his good hand with a crooked smile on his face, going as far as to close his eyes until Milly has bestowed upon him...]

[He blinks at the candy, taking a long handful of seconds to let the words on it sink in, and then cracks up laughing.]

[ Oh, he can definitely hear her. Lloyd isn't really one to head down to the beach around this time, when more people begin washing up, overall uninterested in, well, actual people. His presence there today lends more to cataloging the common behaviors of the robots running around and bothering the new arrivals than anything else, which means he's sitting far up on one of the dunes further back, making notes on his tablet when-- ]

Who...?! [ A whole Milly comes tripping over rocks right behind him. The spray of sand from the stumble has him cringing away and flattening the computer tablet to his chest, saving it from any stray debris. That done, he turns to look up, to stare, only to look away again and adjust his glasses and then... turn back to stare some more?! ] Milly?

[ He sounds as though he isn't even sure it's actually her. ]

What are you doing here?

[ Like she had any choice? Logically, Lloyd knows she did not. It doesn't make this any less of a surprise! ]

[He looks a little out of sorts, like a deer caught in the headlights, ice blue eyes wide.] I, uh– No, it's... it's quite alright, Milly. [His confusion only seems to grow, though, as he utters her name, like he's not entirely sure how he knows it (and it's not like him at all to refer to someone by given name, without an honorific, even if it just slipped out somehow), but he's unable to help staring at her, how familiar she looks, she sounds, like someone he met before in a dream and never expected to meet here in the waking world. Is he asleep? Does she remember him, too? Is it this place influencing them, or is it something... else? It's all more than a little disorienting.]

[The person she bumped into is this short light blue-haired girl. As Soundwave is still getting used to using his holoavatar, he's surprised by the bump is enough to send the light avatar back off balance. But it seems the other, taller woman manages to grab the avatar in time.]

[Nobody's hurt at least. Looking up, the young girl gives Milly an appreciative nod as she straightens herself up again. Soundwave does notice she's checking her out, though, those eyes are telling she's distracted by something else. Without the usual purple hoodie hiding them, the avatar's curvaceous body is more apparent.]

Without hesitation, Suzaku jogs to her side only to be handed a heart that says "flat ass" on it. Ah. That's a little rude, but maybe the candy itself makes up for it in the flavor department. Thanks, Milly. He'll save this one for Lelouch.]

Milly? How long have you been here? [Suzaku gives the heart in his hand a double take. On second thought, he doesn't really want it and Lelouch will surely take offense to an uncalled for reminder that his ass is flatter than a pancake, but it's rude to return a gift. [New arrivals have appeared on the beach several months in a row now, so that's where Jeremiah goes to look for any familiar faces once the date rolls around. Not exactly the most reassuring prospect, but he'd rather know than not, just in case. None jump out at him right away, but when someone calls to him, he turns on his heel right in time to see Milly trip.

Rushing forward with a hand out, he hopes to catch her should she go tumbling to the ground. An entirely different look of surprise comes over him when he gets a better look.]

[He knows her, in part from the television screen, in part from a few of Anya's photos during the brief time they were on a shared campus. It's not as if he'd forget, especially given her family.]

[ 6O had already gotten the gist of the game from watching some others. So she was at least informed on what exactly "play" entailed there when an (admittedly attractive) stranger approached her. Which was part of why an obvious blush formed beneath her veil that peaked over into her upper cheeks, her response coming with flustered stammering. ]

[ Oh, wait, that reminded her! She gave a small salute, snapping her feet together. ]

[ Huh. This is certainly not where Linhardt seems to be. That said, aside from being annoying waterlogged, he can’t find anything that bothersome about the situation either. Still, he resents the swim back to shore.

To his relief, the robots on the shore seem to be more interested in helping him than murdering him horribly, so this is already going better than it could have. Linhardt has no reason not to take the towel, though why you would waste that amount of magical energy powering something to hand out towels is beyond him.

What is this bracelet thing anyway? He holds it up and examines it, but it doesn’t give much away. Some of the protrusions are clearly buttons, but he doesn’t know what they do. A small gust of wind makes him shiver. Right. Maybe focus on that first.

There didn’t seem to be anyone else on the beach at the moment.

Linhardt searches around for a nearby rock with a large, flat surface, then begins unceremoniously shedding his clothing, arranging it so that it dries quickly. Right. The clothes are taken care of. Not a good idea to leave them, though.

In lieu of having anything better to do (or rather, in lieu of having a desire to do anything else), Linhardt joins his clothes, stretching himself out on the rock to feel the sun dance across his face, the salt spray in the ear, the whisperings of the wildlife, the…

Giant shadow in his sunline? ]

Constellations

[ The most interesting thing about the constellations here is that none of them make sense. The stars aren’t just in the wrong places- Linhardt can’t even recognize them. They’re still just as beautiful, though. He tilts the contraption, pointing it up at the sky, and then looks through the glass.

Oh. Oh, this is beautiful. Linhardt had no idea there were so many stars anywhere in the world. He loses himself for a few minutes, but he eventually remembers what the automaton was saying about constellations. Yes. He should look at those.

What was that one? He turns the telescope around. Ah! The donkey! Strange animal for a constellation, if you asked Linhardt. Which nobody did.

Alas, even the beauty of the stars can’t keep him captivated forever, and Linhardt thinks to himself that he sort of wants to go back to the party. Well. Where did that come from? Interesting. Still, he isn’t one to deny himself something he wants or is curious about, so he folds up the telescope and stashes it behind some other things. Hopefully nobody will notice if he swipes one.

The feeling of captivation doesn’t lessen as he steps back into the group, instead, it’s focused… somewhere else. How could he not have seen it? How unique people were! How unique their body parts were! At first, he walks around just looking at others, but then he finds something extraordinary: A pair of ass-twins. They have the same ass. They do. But they’re different people. Within five minutes, Linhardt produces a notebook as well as a crude ass-categorization sheet.

Still, some people aren’t cooperating. Either they’re hiding their derrieres or they’re just not letting him see them in proper lighting. Linhardt taps one such person on the shoulder, not caring that he might be interrupting a conversation. ]

Excuse me. Can you move into the light, please? I need a better look at you.

[Linhardt pauses.]

Giant Candy Hearts

Well, this is just ambiguous.

[ Linhardt holds the giant heart-shaped candy in front of him and turns to whomever is standing next to him, gesturing at the sweet. ]

It says ‘Lick Me’. Does it mean the person has to lick the candy or the person giving it to them? Those are rather different activities.

[ He cups his chin and considers the giant block of chalk-like candy. ]

What does yours say?

[ The more examples he has to examine, the more likely it is he can find out what’s going on. Linhardt looks back at the candy heart pile.]

I wonder if there are any instructing someone to sleep. I could use that one.

[ That would be a giant, noble shadow. Ferdinand had seen someone laid out on a giant rock from afar, and ever the watchful and somewhat meddling sort, he had come to get a closer look to make sure they were alright. In that state of undress, he hadn't recognized Linhardt, his classmate, comrade, and friend. But as he got closer, he recognized that distinct hair color and that scholarly attire.

And more than that, he recognized that ability to fall asleep anywhere. ]

Linhardt! While I applaud the prudent decision to allow your clothes to dry, this is hardly the ideal place for you to fall asleep.

[ Yes, even after several months on sex island, Ferdinand is still concerned with things like propriety and modesty. But it's not just that. ]

That being said, it is good to see you... [ But before he can allow himself a smile, he places a hand to his forehead, rubbing it in exasperation. ] ...Even if the circumstances are far from ideal.

Giant Candy Hearts

[ Constance peers over to read his candy. That is strange, isn't it? Linhardt poses a very important question, and she wants answers too. ]

Mine asks for someone to be pushed into a large body of water.

[ It reads "take a dive," so yes. That's what it means, doesn't it? ]

We should be able to find out if we watch someone who is willing to eat these ostentatious candy hearts.

Constellations

[He may not recognize the constellations but there's something nostalgic about standing under the stars. How many times had he done the same, standing on that bridge in Garreg Mach, staring out into the misty ravine and the glorious blanket of stars above. Something he'd caught Claude doing plenty of times as well though he'd never once called the other man on it.

He really must stop thinking like that. He doesn't bother with the telescope, it hardly matters. None of the constellations will be familiar. Lorenz is considering calling Oran and Even to see if they would be interested in coming out to stargaze with him, maybe tell him more about their own constellations. In fact he's so wrapped up in what he's looking at that he actually jumps, startled, at the tap to his shoulder, whirling around and seeming to float for just a moment as he dodges back. It's habit from so many years dodging attacks and, honestly, with a slight shift in his recent wardrobe it is far safer to hover than it is to try anything too ambitious in the tall heels he's come to favor. (Well, others have come to favor on him.]

Wait... Linhardt?! Flames, when did you get here?

[ Of course she'll step into the light so he can see her better. He must be as surprised to see her as she is to see him. ]

When did you arrive?

[ Despite the twinge of envy she has felt at times toward Dimitri over the fact that so many of his allies are here, she doesn't feel a particular pleasure in seeing Linhardt. This is an odd prison, to say the least, but it is a prison. ]

"EXCUSE the FUCK out of you!"

You know what Veth doesn't like? Veth doesn't like waking up in the fucking water. Veth doesn't like it! It never means something good happened!

She also doesn't like this automaton helpfully offering her stuff. Not because it's doing anything wrong, just kinda on principle at the moment.

"Do you have a manager or something? What's going on?"

Having met the basic needs of the hierarchy -- food, shelter, and some friendly faces -- Veth's curiosity about her surroundings is at least matching her grumpiness and worry about being thrown onto a new world away from her family. It's not like it's the first time she's been taken away, but -- well, that's the problem, right?

Anyway. When the robits set up the telescopes, she does eventually find a free one and go up on tiptoes to peer up at the unfamiliar stars.

"... Hey," she calls to whoever's nearby, "c'mere and look at this. Is that a dick?" A beat. "You haven't met anyone named Jester around here, have you?"

III. eat up

SPREAD 'EM, reads the heart in Veth's hands. The thing is half the size of her halfling head, and she looks extremely dubious about the whole game.

"I kinda feel like you ought to buy me dinner first," she tells the candy, before nibbling on one corner. "I know this place has a motif and all, but yeesh."

For the second time in as many months, Caleb finds a friend on the beach. Though the time varies, it is always this day. Also for the second time, he finds this friend yelling some variant of fuck you at the robot attempting to greet her. Nothing about that is unexpected. The sight (and sound) of Veth Brenatto telling someone off is, in fact, an immense relief, like he hasn't been able to take a full deep breath until this very moment.

The sand is cumbersome beneath his boots even when he isn't running at a half-sprint--part of the reason that his beach visits are restricted to these days in particular--but he manages to reach them before Veth has decided to resort to casting spells. It's probably a good thing, he surmises, that she hasn't got her crossbow on her.

"Veth," he interjects, slowing finally to a slightly breathless stop about ten feet back. "Don't give it a hard time. It is only trying to give you things." The automaton acknowledges his presence with a curious tilt of its head, and Caleb murmurs a quiet thank you in its direction before taking the towel in its outstretched hands himself and unfurling it to drape over Veth's shoulders. "A way to dry off, for one."

Beau's getting a handle on the island. Or at least she thinks she is. At least this time, when people start arriving on the shore -- which is weird, make no mistake -- she doesn't feel inclined to attack the robots on their behalf, like she did for her arrival. She knows they're harmful in other ways now, subtle ways, not like they're going to capture and drag anyone away. (Though she wouldn't put that past any of them.)

So she strides confidently and casually down the shore towards the beach, noting the halfling woman but nothing more than that.

"Just take the bracelet," Beau advises. "I'll explain what I can, though you're not gonna like it."

0. ARRIVAL.

vax'ildan is crawling, hauling himself out of the ocean with a heart rate faster than he can calm. his leathers feel heavier than ever, despite his-- his daggers, where--

vax's thoughts disappear as his head does, under the water and with a gasp away from breathable air (he's breathing again, that's new). there's a low desperation as his hands whiff uselessly through the water, trying to propel himself to the shore, or above the surface where he can find reprieve.

once knees find a sandy beach, once he's finished coughing up the lungs full of seawater, vax allows himself a moment to think. he had been at his sister's wedding. how long ago? the raven queen had retrieved him from the event. had she sent him here?

again, thoughts interrupted. though, this time by a much appreciated, though highly questionable sight: some sort of automaton, bearing warm towels, and a beach full of beautiful people.

i. STARGAZER.

"these were never my thing," he says, idly swinging the telescope to and fro. all he sees are stars, not shapes. "much more my sister's area of expertise. her favorites in tal'dorei were the bear and the hunters, though i don't see them."

he's seated with the soles of his feet touching, his knees sticking out on either side of him. there is a wonder in looking up at the stars, and he can't blame his sister for being so invested, but this sky isn't familiar at all.

"i don't even think there are constella-- oh." he pauses, the telescope coming to rest on the familiar shape of a rooster. he's sure he wouldn't have seen it if it weren't for the cluster clearly intended to be a beak. he can't be interested in these things now.

"a rooster. right? is that one of the constellations here? or did i make my own?"

ii. STIMULATING CONVERSATION.

vax has taken up residence in a small tent on the beach. it's quiet, for the most part, and he doesn't have to answer any invasive questions. he doesn't have to listen to other people. he can be alone. he's close enough that he can still hear others nearby, and there's the occasional passerby, but it's enough that he can try to recoup and find some answers about how to get home.

still, alone, those damned robots find him. a conversation heart is offered, and when vax denies, it's dropped at his feet without ceremony. the robot then rolls away, quietly meandering through the sand until it's low hum disappears into the dunes.

he steals a glance.

Beau's not much for looking up at the sky either, though she does like knowing things. And, what's more, they mentioned an owl, which always kind of grabs her interest.

Maybe one day, she'll see him again.

Anyway, Beau's sitting on the shore too, squinting into her telescope. Her head jerks away and to the left, looking at the man with new interest.

"Tal'dorei, huh?" Which means this guy is from her world. But she doesn't know him. That's very funny.

"I hear they have a council. Know who's on it?"

After washing ashore, Kazuki's in typical panic-mode for someone that's been suddenly transported to a new dimension. His world doesn't do this, okay? The most magical thing he owns is a smart phone, and that's about as far as technology's gotten as well. If you catch him at first, you're going to get a stammering, confused mess of a person who hasn't even noticed he has a shiny new Apple Watch. He'd appreciate any help, though

After a day or two, when he's settled in, he'll get a little more curious and start to poke around the various locations for clues on what the fuck is going on. After trying to use the A5 a couple of times, he's grown quite leery of it, as it seems to be constantly suggesting lewdness in it's responses to his queries. He just wants to find something to eat, okay? Food, not... Yeah, he's not repeating that in anyone's company.

I.

He participates in stargazing on the first night because why not? He could use a distraction. However, he's a little too eager, and ends up seeing all the constellations. Which results in him suddenly unable to think about anything other than how attractive random strangers are. You might find him burning holes in people with his staring, or maybe he's burning a hole into you! If he does notice you noticing him noticing you (say that five times fast) he will become appropriately mortified, and may turn around so fast he runs into the nearest wall face-first.

II.

Alright, we just spent the last two prompts being a sheepish, muttering moron, so let's change that around, shall we? Kazuki gets some of the positive hearts, and of course he eats them, because they're candy and he's hungry. While no amount of aphrodisiac would ever turn him into a dom, he's certainly acting a lot more forward now. He may give you a tasteful compliment, or engage in conversation that may lead to some obvious flirting. He's endearing, if a little too eager.

III.

Kazuki gets a candy that suggests: Lick Me, Love Bites or XOXO.

He really should pay better attention to signs. Eat or Dare. How did he ever expect that would go well?

Depending on your angle, you may find him trying to make his way through a chalky, nasty heart the size of his palm and absolutely hating it. But he seems determined to get rid of it, even if he burns all the tastebuds off of his tongue in the process.

After taking a moment to vomit a lungful of seawater, Jean, immediately goes into Mission Mode. The first unfortunate truth is that, while he's in his uniform, his 3 Dimensional Maneuver Gear is conspicuously missing. It makes him feel naked and vulnerable, and his first instinct is to find cover and wait. So he does. For several hours.

It takes that long for him to truly trust that he's not in immediate danger. Still, he explores the area on full alert. Eventually, he happens upon the barracks, and is somewhat comforted to find all his gear when he wakes up the next morning. Not that he really needs it anymore, but still.

He doesn't understand how the A5 works. At all. Things with screens didn't exist yet in his world, and computers of any kind were unheard of. To him, it's nothing more than a bracelet he can't get off. If you're willing to help him learn how to use it, he'd be grateful. And maybe a little mortified at the same time.

I.

(For all of these prompts, it's safe to assume that Jean was coerced or tricked in some way into participating. He's incredibly wary as a baseline, and all this craziness going on only makes it worse.)

At least the stars are pretty? Jean gets a good look at the Owl and the Donkey. Now, he tends to be horny-on-main, so it's not unusual for him to notice someone with a particularly good set of either endowment, but he can tell that it's a little worse than usual when it's hard to stop. Catch him in the act quick, or else he's liable to retreat!

II.

Hungry for any kind of food, and yet to figure out that there's a lewd catch to everything here, Jean eat some negative hearts. The first thing he notices is that, wow, those are gross. Second, he finds himself feeling weirdly shy. Something as small as eye contact is liable to make him blush. But he's strangely... Happy about it? Okay. That's new.

III.

Again, he was probably tricked into this, but Jean gets one of the following messages: Let Get Busy, First Kiss, and Take my Heart.

Honestly, those damn hearts are so disgusting that he's really reluctant to eat them, even if the results are embarrassing. It wouldn't take much persuading to get him to participate in the dare.

Colette is, shall we say, petite. Skinny. You could pick her up and stuff her in your pocket, except that she can fly and pick up people twice her weight. But at least she's been blessed with her ass starting to really fill in, although it's harder for her to notice than where she's not growing.

So there's a booty for him to look at, at least while she's bent over enough that her dress isn't covering it, looking down at something in the sand - but she notices the sound of footsteps, and glances back and up at her observer.
