HEIGHT/STATURE: 186 cm, so ~6'1"
WEIGHT/BUILD: unfortunately Tall and Broad, dorito shaped; swings around lances and axes astride a horse for a living. think infinity war steve rogers, but redhead and less wholesome.
GENDER: male
RELATIONSHIP STATUS: single for now and outwardly DTF, inwardly, DTC (down to cuddle)
HAIR: obnoxiously bright red + annoyingly attractive "just rolled out of bed" sex hair
EYES: a warm honey brown
ORIGIN: sylvain's hometown is the continent of fódlan. he's the heir to house gautier, which controls a territory way up north in the holy kingdom of faerghus. most notably, the margraviate of gautier serves as a buffer between the kingdom and the warrior clans of the sreng penninsula; faerghus' first line of defense should an invasion arise.
LANGUAGE: common language of fódlan.
VISION
despite what many of his friends from home will tell you, sylvain is charming. he's friendly, he's handsome, and he holds himself with the casual air of someone who is aware of it. he's very tactile around people he's close to, always slinging an arm around someone's shoulders and leaning against them. he has nice hands? big and broad; long fingers that are calloused from lance work, but very warm. he's conscious of his appearance and probably would have like, a seven step skincare routine because not all of us are blessed with naturally good looks and homeboy needs to put in work to maintain this pretty face, okay. due to his nobleman upbringing, it comes with what you'd expect: good posture, good manners, a confident air that commands attention, etc.
back home, sylvain mainly wore his armor most of the time with thick layers underneath because faerghus winters don't play around. his color scheme is predominantly deep reds with teals/greens, and that will likely stay the same in erku but he ditched his armor the first chance he could get. sylvain tends to run hot, so it's gonna be mainly a t-shirts/tank tops+jeans/trousers combo from here on out.
SOUND
sylvain is a talker and sounds like a college frat boy, i wish i was kidding. there's always a teasing sort of lilt to his voice whenever he's around his friends, with everyone else, he's very casual and relaxed. most of the time, he just comes off as a himbo adjacent dumbass, but then he'll hit you with something out of left field and you realize he's actually much more observant and intelligent than he lets on?? wild.
SCENT
thankfully clean, bless the modern invention of showers tbh. he hasn't made a habit of wearing cologne since the war, but it was likely something that's warm and spicy, vanilla mixed with citrus, or something along those lines.
