VISION
Heero is short and slender, with wild brown hair and blue eyes that are described in canon as strikingly cold. He is half Japanese and half Eastern European (majority Russian). Although initially very unassuming in appearance, with a messy hairstyle and a nondescript outfit of jeans and a green tank, with a closer look one will notice not only his impressive musculature but also the fine webbing of so many faded scars on his skin. Heero has suffered many injuries during his time as a pilot, including gunshot wounds, self destructing his Gundam, and his mobile suit disintegrating around him while he crashed through a building. Among other things. A scan of his body revealed over 200 healed fractures; the scars aren't visible in the animation, but I headcanon that he would have many of them.
Heero has very rigid and tense body language, which can make him appear intimidating (especially to his same-age peers). It's difficult for him to blend in with civilians, even when he's working undercover, and relating to them is even harder. He is a man of very few words - except when he's giving a speech on the nature of war and humanity - and tends to keep to himself. His actions are abrupt and he doesn't waste a lot of breath explaining himself, but perhaps that is in part because he doesn't think very many of them through. He has relied for so long on training, brute force, and instinct, that behaving like a normal human being with a consideration for the feelings of others is a little beyond him.
That said, he can be gentle and maintaining a sense of fairness is very important to him. Despite being raised a literal weapon of war, Heero is not naturally a violent kid. He is even-tempered and logical, and very protective of what is dear to him. Though easily annoyed and with a strong preference for silence and solitude, he can be surprisingly tolerant of the people he respects, even if they happen to be nagging loudmouths or especially persistent princesses.

ENG/JPN. Deep, monotone, slightly nasal. His speech is neither coarse nor particularly formal, and he is always parsimonious with his words.

MISC.
Heero was genetically modified to be stronger than the average human, with accelerated healing time, intense focus, and a supernatural tolerance for pain. He's also extremely Extra and tends to do things like jump out of exploding buildings and setting his own fractures without batting an eye. He miiiiight have a few issues surrounding his role in the war and a significant amount of PTSD from his training. Pictures of puppies may or may not trigger him. (sweats)
