It's the holiday season! And what does that mean? That's right, presents! What are your characters giving their CR this time of year? Are they naughty gifts or nice gifts?

Lorenz can't cook to save his life but for his close CR expect small batch soaps in personalized scents and colors, probably with a sachet or two of a tea blend that matches and maybe a bath bomb too.

Pink clay and charcoal rose/jasmine scented AND the rose oil he started ages ago would finally be ready! so she will have a bottle of perfume as well

She may also find, at some point, a set of bright jade soaps that sort of match a certain someone's eyes and smell like juniper and lemon and sage, not unlike his favorite tea... just... tucked away in the bathroom linen closet

Lemon/Lavender with a tiny bit of the radiance shimmer stuff he got from the augur which gives her a bit of a soft glow for a few hours after using it!

Lorenz does not care for coffee... but

Coffee scrub for Oran, partially because he has all the ridges and whorls and different skin textures. The scrub could help with keeping all those ridges soft and prevent calluses.

The accompanying bath bombs and tea will be spicy chocolate~

The soap he makes for Even will smell familiar. Warm cinnamon spice but where Oran's is based in chocolate Even's is based in something less sweet and more smokey. ~~He may have begged for a cup of Zechs' good whiskey~~

The spiced chocolate carries over from Oran's though, the tea and bath bombs are the same. With a little note in elegant calligraphy. My apologies, I was less sure of your tastes so I thought at least this way if it is not to your liking you can pass it along to Oran. It is no trouble to make more if there's something you would prefer.~ LHG

In fact he may leave the bath bombs for Oran in large part because it's so novel and pleasant to lean in and get a good sniff of chocolate off of the other tiefling. Anyways, he likes smelling like whiskey and cinnamon, it makes him feel like the classiest scholar on the block!

and this is absolutely how these two end up engrossed in the discussion of chemistry v alchemy v magic because Lorenz' world's magic is very formulaic and built around circles and symbols and etc

ohhh SHIT yeah. Circles are used in some kinds of magic Even knows (mostly summoning circles) and he will be delighted to learn of other applications. Boy likes structure; please teach him this delightfully rules-based magic practice.

Soap and tea! ~~so pretty much like any regular date for them~~

Zechs gets a rather simple rosemary/cedar soap. He knows better than to throw a bunch of frills in Zechs' direction and as much as Zechs enjoys the nostalgia, perhaps, of roses they are not really his scent. So something bright and sharp and earthy, something that complements the subtle fragrance of the rose bath bombs that come with it.

See, this really just proves that Lorenz knows him very well because he's right. And I think he'd be able to nudge his preferences, given how appreciative Lorenz will likely be when he clearly smells like his gift~ :3

Bath bomb didn't literally explode. 5/10.

But soaps and tea please.
