00. Arrival![]() You come out of the water, the Nameless Island's own inherent energy drawing people in. It's like being suspended between realities and abruptly pushed from behind through a rift in dimensions. It may make you sick, or that might be the motion of the ocean, lifting you to the surface and carrying you to shore. Waterlogged and covered in sand, new arrivals will be greeted by robots who welcome them with towels and bracelet devices. The A5 card is already loaded up. If you don’t manage to get away from them quickly enough, they may even usher you toward the Laid Bare Spa, where new arrivals will be offered free massages, a sauna, hairstyling, and their clothing may come up permanently missing. But you will be given a complimentary towel to leave with if needed! Feel free to explore the Island, though there isn’t much to see beyond what arrivals before you have helped to rebuild. Most of the buildings are abandoned and in dire need of repair, and beyond the city lingers a thick fog that obscures much of the wilderness from view. Wander too far into this fog, and you will find yourself mysteriously looping back to where you began, your memories of what you were doing and how you got there erased. With that in mind, it may be wise to stake your claim on a place to live in the now, whether a rundown apartment in the City, a tent on the beach, a bed in the barracks, or your own space at the House of Worship. Your inventory will be found a day later, wrapped up haphazardly and delivered to each person's makeshift home. I. THROW IN A TOWEL?![]() Erku's new arrivals may be encouraged to seek out the Laid Bare Massage & Spa for some specialized attention and relaxation, but they and long-time inhabitants will also be offered a chance to earn credits. Anyone interested in earning robot wages will be tasked with being the resident towel person! You’ll stand inside of the room while the patrons are receiving their massages, hot scrubs, or relaxing in one of the saunas holding towels for them should any be requested. Or you may be asked to help with the regular cleaning of the Spa, wiping down all of the tasteful nude statues to free them of the grime and filth (or… other things) that builds up over time. You might even be asked to help lovingly clean the murals of nude patrons (that is to say, fellow Islanders) all over the Spa. But this is a job that requires a very specific uniform. Robots will provide you with your very own chiton or toga. The chitons happen to be very short, not covering nearly as much as they reveal, but the togas might be entirely too long. They brush or drag along the floor and what with being barely held together with the thinnest and most fanciful of ropes, who knows how often they might be untucked? Take care, please, or else the robots might pull you into being the next model for their latest mural portrait instead. II. GRIN AND BARE IT![]() Erku’s resident mental health professional, Dr. D. Love of Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Therapy Center, has taken a keen interest in ensuring that the relationships of you Islanders are progressing in a productive, healthy, and open-minded fashion. And to ensure this, he’s tasked his robot staff to pay close attention to anyone who looks like they are having trouble with relationships with other people on the Island. And after months of so few (none) clients, these robots are very motivated to seek out people in need of their therapeutic assistance! Arguing with a friend? Telling someone to stay out of your life? Being a hermit who refuses to come out of your apartment? Accidentally bump into each other on the street? Make a joke at your friend’s expense? Playfully punch someone in the shoulder? Walk by someone you don’t know and not tell them hello? Well clearly all of you need help in repairing whatever may be damaging your relationships! Before you know it, you’ve been bundled off by the robots right to Dr. D. Love’s office and sat down to talk it all out. The fact that you may not even know the other person the robots think you need to work your troubles out with doesn’t matter. Dr. D. Love is here to make sure everyone goes home happy and satisfied. You may have to play along with this confusing farcical situation, even making up wrongs and slights you claim you have done to one another before finally coming together in reconciliation. The more you deny there is anything wrong, the more the good Doctor will insist you need even more help than they first thought. They might even have to send you into one of their Privacy Rooms and work out your frustrations with each other with their wide array of therapeutic sexual devices and supplies. III. BARE NAKED AMUSEMENT TOUR![]() The trolley is making its rounds as usual with announcements echoing from the loudspeakers that it’s Bare It All Week at Six Flagellants Amusement Park and to kick it off there will be a grand concert at the Loudinus Outdoor Amphitheater that lasts all week long! Not sure what that means? Well, come to the concert and enjoy hours and hours of music played by robots who seem to have taken their songs right from the pop rock crazes of old. Whose old? Who knows. The music may not be completely to your taste, but something about it may make you feel energized and overly dressed. You might even feel the need to strip down until you’re not wearing anything at all! But don’t worry, the robots performing on stage will give you new clothes to wear by throwing skimpy, sexy underwear and lingerie right at you! How did they know your size? Don’t ask questions, just give into the urge to put it on while you rock out until it’s time for the trolley to take everyone right to the gates of the amusement park! Anyone dressed in less for this week will receive free entry, rides, and food and might even receive special prizes at various booths of sex toys, candies that act as an aphrodisiac (meant for sharing of course), stuffed animals, or even a free sex doll! Those are super hard to win from the ring toss, so you should really take advantage and enjoy all the perks of baring yourself for everyone’s viewing pleasure. N A V I G A T I O N |

As he walked back towards her he poked at the bracelet on his wrist. It seemed to work like a smart watch which he was familiar with. He just hadn't fully figured out how to navigate it yet.
"Yeah, okay, looks like there's a bar. And some cafe's. We should just start walking north west and we'll find 'em." Chris showed her the map for a second before closing it down.

“Lead the way, Captain.” She gave a cute half salute, trying to play off her confidence and get moving. Maybe once they got out of here and she got a drink her face would finally return to normal and her mind would stop wandering to inappropriate places. As they left the spa and then the beach, Cana felt herself relaxing. It irritated her.
“I don’t get what’s up with this place.” She said as she followed alongside the hunky wall of muscle. “I feel… calm, and content. Which doesn’t make any damn sense. I should be freaking out right now. And yet…. I feel like I’m in the right place?” She shook her head, “This is ridiculous. Maybe there’s a magic cast on this place or something.”
As they navigated the city, she noticed some places, places where people lived, were spruced up and others were in shambles. “I wonder what happened here, before people started getting drawn in. It looks like this place had been abandoned for a long time.”
no subject
And magic was still... a hard pill to swallow. Chris understood her world had it but his didn't and it didn't feel right to say magic had an influence. Maybe after a little investigation he'd find some sort of answer but he didn't jump to a conclusion right now.
"Some sort of disaster." He had seen enough of them to know the signs. "But it looks like people are rebuilding. Maybe we'll find someone who's been here awhile and they can give us a better answer."
no subject
She smirked over at Chris, “They pay you well for the nudy modeling? The magazine back home would have had to pay me triple my usual rate if they wanted a feature that explicit.” She thought about it for a minute, “Hell, they’d have to pay me more than that.”
She looked Chris over, “What do you do in your world?” Strong and seemingly intelligent, she’d put her money on some sort of soldier. He reminded her a bit of Arcanos, the knight. Maybe he defended a princess too.
no subject
If it did he was pretty sure the robots would always welcome him back for another art session. Chris wasn't sure when he'd get that desperate. It had been an experience and not one he was eager to repeat.
"I work in anti-bioterrorism." He followed her inside and scanned the place. It looked like any other bar. "I have for the past twenty years. Roughly."
Sometimes officially, sometimes not. Chris wouldn't get into his whole history right now. Or ever probably.
no subject
“Give me the strongest stuff you have.” She told the little robot behind the bar, “I need to take the edge off.” She looked at Chris, “Get him the same, we’ve had a long day.” While the robot made their drink she turned to him.
“Anti-..... Bio-terrorism?” She seemed to sound it out. “That sounds… scary. What is that?” She was still guessing military, especially with a name like that. “I’m a guild wizard myself, or, well I guess I was.” She laughed kind of nervously and played with her hair, a soft embarrassed blush rushing to her cheeks, “Guess I have to be in a guild again first.” She seemed to brush away a sad look, “I used my magic to do jobs for people. Honestly though, I’ve made more money in drinking contests and playing bookie for the rowdier fights my old guild used to have. And fortune telling.” She winked playfully, “I can do some amazing stuff with a set of tarot cards.”
When the robot brought their drinks, Cana sniffed the drink and pinched her face, then shrugged. “Wine is simply not gonna cut it tonight.” And she raised her glass to toast Chris. “To other-worldly new friends.” And she downed the powerful drink without so much as a cringe.
no subject
She said she was a wizard which was... insane to think of but Chris was on an island with robot bartenders and a sex themed spa. What was having a drink with a wizard with all that going on? Why not?
"Do you have monsters? The undead? In my world those things are caused by viruses that science has made." Chris took a drink and it was strong. Not a bad strong. He had drunk worse but definitely strong. He should drink slowly to make sure it didn't go to his head. "People can buy those viruses and deliberately make people sick or make monsters to hurt people or their political enemies."
His world was a lot darker and a lot more violent than hers. There was not magic, just a lot of cruelty. Chris was pretty sure no one would trade a magical world for his.
no subject
She took a moment to digest what Chris had told her. “That sounds horrible. We have people who do terrible things in our world too, but usually they turn themselves into monsters, and then hurt others.” She looked angry for a moment, but then pushed her feelings back down, “I haven’t heard about the undead, but there are demons. It’s kind of hard to explain.”
Suddenly her face looked green, and her eyes bugged out, “Actually, there was one incident where a certain wizard's chemistry set got out of control and caused a pandemic, but thinking about it just makes me sick.” She shivered and put that memory back in the box she kept it locked away in. When the robot placed her drink in front of her she downed it; she needed to drown those images out.
“This stuff isn’t too bad. Master Makarov’s secret stash was better though.” She sighed. Then her head shot up. She felt kind of tingly. Not an alcohol buzz like she was looking for, this was a different kind of tingle. She narrowed her eyes and leaned over the bar to pull the robot up to her face, “Hey, what the hell is in this stuff?”
no subject
He really thought her world sounded a hell of a lot nicer even with monsters, demons, and magical pandemics.
He stopped with his glass halfway to his lips at her question. Then he considered his drink and put it down. Better not to risk it until they got an answer out of the robot that served them.
"What's wrong? Did he slip something in it?" Why would a robot roofie someone?
Ah, fuck, why wouldn't it on a sex obsessed island? Shit. Did he have to be that careful about food and drink here? Couldn't he catch one goddamn break?
no subject
Cana was seething. All she wanted was a drink to take the edge off. Maybe it was her wording of “Give me your strongest stuff.” Of course, she hadn’t thought twice about it. She was such a moron. If she didn’t regain her control over her own body, she was going to level this place.
no subject
Because this was what he did. Chris saw a situation going south and he would get it back on track. At least this shouldn't be a world ending emergency.
She just needed some sort of help. Chris didn't know what help that would be yet.
no subject
“I-I um,” How did she explain that her body was starting to catch fire in all the wrong/right places. She shouldn’t have downed those drinks, “I think my idea of ‘strongest stuff’ is very different from this place’s.” She shivered, and had to grab the counter to keep from collapsing, letting the robot go. The robot simply jumped off the counter and went about it’s business.
Cana rolled her eyes, it’s not like she’s some virgin or something. She took a deep breath and steadied herself. Her panic seemed to accelerate the crazy effects of the drink, but now that she was regaining her composure she got a handle on it. She was more sensitive than she would have liked, and it wouldn’t take much to turn her into a puddle, but she got her reactions under control. It seemed this drink had a plateau point, which probably just meant with how much she’d consumed she’d be feeling the effects longer.
“Sorry about that, I’ll be fine.” She said, squirming slightly uncomfortably and resisting the urge to strip. She was going to be extremely distrusting of literally everything here for the foreseeable future.
no subject
On a sex island.
"Right. Not just alcohol in the drink huh?" He cleared his throat and straightened up a little. "You want some privacy?"
He could go wander off and let her get through this. Chris didn't want her to feel pressured or embarrassed. Sure, he felt a little warmer, a little uncomfortable but he figured one sip wasn't enough to drive him to the same point as her.
"I can take a hike while you work through this."
no subject
Cana bit her lip, then shook her head. “Nah, I’m good. I think this was some kind of aphrodisiac, but I’m managing. Now would probably be a good time to get moving and see if there’s someone who can actually answer our questions.” And walk off these affects, “I’d rather not be alone here, especially like this. I could wind up in all kinds of trouble.”
She noticed the slight flush to his own cheeks, “I mean, if you’re uncomfortable feel free to go walk it off. I’ll be fine.” She shrugged, “I can handle myself.”
Cana didn’t want to make Chris feel any kind of obligation to hang around. This little bar stop had certainly derailed their initial plan to hunt down some answers. She could take care of herself, and he might need to work out his own effects from the drink in privacy and she didn’t want to crowd him. Though she wasn’t opposed to helping each other.
no subject
"No, no, I'm not going to leave you if you're fine with me being here." If she didn't want to be alone Chris would act as her bodyguard and possibly conscious to make sure she didn't do anything she would regret. "I didn't want to make things worse."
He'd been told a time or two that he's attractive. She's attractive. Under the influence of something it could lead to something neither one of them actually wanted. He was trying to be respectful and careful.
"Let's go for a walk." He made a sweeping gesture for her to go first out of the bar. "Maybe we can find someone who knows where we can get good alcohol."
no subject
Of course, any friction only made her situation kind of worse, so instead of her usual sexy saunter she was doing this weird waddle, which was truthfully more embarrassing to her than everything else combined. She looked over her shoulder and saw Chris attempting to cover a smile, and she couldn’t blame him. She found herself laughing as well at her situation. It really was ridiculous. “I really hope we do find some real alcohol here. I’m going to need a Keg just to get through tonight.” And with all the dignity she could muster she continued through the bar and out the door.
no subject
If it got really bad he figured she'd be easy to carry. She didn't look like she weighed much.
"There's got to be someone brewing something. It's what people do." Chris looked her over again. "Are you sure you don't want to find some place to wait this out?"
Who knew how long the effects would last? Chris hoped it wasn't some sort of bioagent.
no subject
She looked Chris over, “How are you holding up? This stuff is sending me into a frenzy. I know you didn’t drink much but even a little would go a long way.”
no subject
He was a big guy. Maybe it took more to effect him. He was definitely thinking about sex more than he would normally but they were also surrounded by it. Chris didn't have his usual health monitor. It was gone and replaced by the bracelet the robots had given him. He would've appreciated it now to tell him his condition.
Chris looked around and spotted what looked like an empty building. It wasn't in the best condition but it would provide cover and some sense of privacy.
"Over there," he said with a nod of his chin. "It's not the Ritz but the other options are the maid cafe or the S&M store."
no subject
Suddenly a wave of sensation hit her. Maybe it was angle she was bent over in? Whatever it was, it nearly made her go crosseyed. She bit her lip and shivered.
Once the wave passed she felt a little light headed, but regained her composer. “Man, I could have used this stuff on a few of my bad dates.” She tried to play it off, but it was powerful and seriously would have gotten a few jobs done quicker. “Let’s get in that building.”
no subject
He reached out to support her but stopped short of actually touching her, unsure if that would help or make it worse. She steadied herself though. Chris would give it to her. Cana was real tough.
"You can take my arm if you want," he offered as they started walking to the abandoned building. It was dusty and somewhat shadowy but there was more than enough light to see.
"This is going to sound... crash." And he made a face at the idea. "But... you want help? To take the edge off?"
no subject
She shook her head to clear it, “Maybe,” She was a little embarrassed. This was definitely the strangest way she’d ever ended up like this; it was either always paired with a date or a fun night of drinking. And she didn’t want to make this poor guy feel obligated. “Look, if your idea of ‘take the edge off’ is the same as mine, I want to make it clear that you shouldn’t do anything you're not into. I’d be fine with it, I mean you’re sweet and a hottie and you’ve been nothing but a gentleman this whole time.” She tried to be playful, “And if we did decide to do something, I’m not selfish. I give as good as I get.”
She met his generally serious gaze with a leveled look of her own, “‘No’ is a perfectly ok answer. We just met, and it’s been a pretty crazy day. If you just want to hang out and talk I’ll be happy with that too.” She tilted her head slightly to the side, “But if you want to, I could definitely go for a roll in the hay right about now.”
no subject
He had probably talked about himself more with her than the last quick fuck he had. That was a pretty sad commentary on his personal life for the last... ten years or so.
"And I am effected even though it's not as strong as you." Chris looked her over again. She still seemed to be holding it together. "So, I figured I could offer up my hands until I can't take it anymore and we fuck."
Again, it was very straight forward, not bashful at all. They were two consenting adults. No need to dance around things like teenagers trying to ask each other out.
no subject
“If we hear a robot, instant break to make sure they don’t run off with our clothes. Deal?” She was smiling coyly and more than ready to play.
