Melfina | Outlaw Star

01 - Beep Beep Distraction
[The obvious questions include such things as 'where am I' and 'how did I get here' and 'where are the others'. (Followed by and closely interwoven with 'are they here, too'.) They linger at the forefront of her mind as she steps along carefully after being rushed along.

A place to stay.
...A place to stay?

She's not exactly used to making these kinds of decisions herself. With a transparently inquisitive stare, she's taking in the sights and sounds. She probably can't be too picky. Good thing she's had some exposure to a simpler lifestyle, considering 'making it big' isn't exactly something that happens every day.

(Or ever when it comes to brash people, it seems.)

The moment her device begins to go off, however, it comes in a whole slew or orchestral one-note accompaniment. Maybe it's that she walks into you. Maybe it's just a collision of shoulders. Regardless, that's what she gets for not keeping her eyes ahead of herself.]

Oh...! Sorry. I didn't mean to.

[Walk into you, she means.]

02 - Wrong Number, Who This

[...Wait. What's the eggplant for? Melfina is way too innocent for most of these kinds of messages, but she's almost certain Gene would be able to translate.

...Maybe Gene's the one who sent them. She can't tell because she can't even identify the sender. Senders?]

I don't think I want to put eggplant in my stew. I was thinking maybe zucchini instead?

[That absolutely doesn't make it any better.]

03 - Wildcard
[What it says on the tin. Misfired text messages, something else to do with erroneous device features. I'm quite happy to hash something out.]
