TDM 009: I'M IN LIKE WITH YOU |
00. Arrival![]() This time, you come out of the water, the Nameless Island's own inherent energy drawing people in. It's like being suspended between realities and abruptly pushed from behind through a rift in dimensions. It may make you sick, or that might be the motion of the ocean, lifting you to the surface and carrying you to shore. Waterlogged and covered in sand, new arrivals will be greeted by robots who welcome them with towels and bracelet devices. The A5 card is already loaded up. Feel free to explore the Island, though there isn’t much to see. Most of the buildings are abandoned and in dire need of repair, and beyond the city lingers a thick fog that obscures much of the wilderness from view. Wander too far into this fog, and you will find yourself mysteriously looping back to where you began, your memories of what you were doing and how you got there erased. With that in mind, it may be wise to stake your claim on a rundown apartment, a tent on the beach, or a bed in the “comfortable” new barracks. Your inventory will be found a day later, wrapped up haphazardly and delivered to each person's makeshift home. I. STARGAZER![]() On the first night that new arrivals wash ashore, the moon rises. It's full and beautiful and surrounded by stars. The robots quickly bring old, dusty telescopes out of storage and line them up on the beach to help people get a truly spectacular view. "Look to the heavens! Behold, the chicken, the cat, the owl, the donkey!" It's... the cock, the pussy, the hooters, and the ass. For the rest of the night, characters will become fixated on the specific asset associated with the constellation they've gotten an eyeful of. Whether this leads to some body worship or just casual appreciation is up to you. You can learn about the stars and constellations later this month in some of the rare, non-pornographic books in the library. (More info will go up soon, so please be patient!) II. STIMULATING CONVERSATION![]() An ancient courting ritual has been announced! It involves the give-and-take of candy hearts with slogans printed on them. Of course, since these hearts are being manufactured by robots, their sense of taste is a little... off? Or perhaps off-putting? "You'll do." "5/10." "Acceptable." "Sloppy Seconds." Receiving a negative heart makes one feel insecure, jealous, and submissive. "Be mine." "Nicest ass." "Swell bulge." "They're good lays, Bront." Receiving a positive heart will make one feel confident, boastful, and dominant. Your friendly neighborhood 'bots will give them out to anyone who asks - and maybe even those who don't. III. Eat Or Dare![]() The robots have set up a stall by the beach with a banner that reads: Eat Or Dare. They have procured bigger candy hearts than ever before -- fist-sized and larger -- with actions written on them instead of derogatory slogans. "Take a dive." "Lick me." "Get handsy." The name of the game is to follow the instructions or forfeit the challenge by making the evidence disappear into your mouth. Delicious! Those who eat the candy hearts will feel themselves getting giddy and unreasonably invested in the love affairs of others. They will feel compelled to play matchmaker to spread the cheer. She nodded in answer and motioned for Jaune to follow her to the little huts where the robots had set up some non perishable provisions for the new arrivals. She felt bad about keeping the fact that there was a possibility that the food may be laced, so she couldn't help but tell the truth. She wasn't the type to really lie, unless the situation was such as life or death. Hopefully it wouldn't discourage him from partaking. Maybe if she related her own story?
"Admittedly, I must confess that I am unaware as to whether this food might have... things added. Additional affects so have you. I can neither confirm nor deny this as I really don't know for sure." She held up a hand in a placating gesture before he could panic. "It won't hurt you or cause you any sort of lasting effects. The entities in charge here would prefer that we remain hale and whole for the intended... purpose for which we were brought here. That is why they provide it free of charge in the first place."
Her face flushed as she inadvertedly looked down at the bracelet on her wrist. She really hadn't wanted to address the topic at all. It was still really awkward for her to even think about, much less speaking of it to others!
"I hope this will not deter you from eating to keep your strength up. But I felt that you should at least know of the risk. To be honest, I wish I had thought to seek this sustenance out upon my own arrival. In failing to do so, I actually fainted from hunger." The blush deepened as embarrassment to heed her own advice was added to the obvious that was bought on by the indirect mention of the A5 card. "I was fortunate enough that there was someone nearby who could care for me in my moment if stupidity."
"Take what you want, or don't, I won't force you. But I admit I will worry a bit about you if you chose not to." It probably sounded strange coming from a complete stranger, but it was just the type of person Zelda was, always putting others before herself.
"To prove it is safe, I suppose I can have a bit as well. If that would be enough to keep you from neglecting your own health? Or make you feel a bit better at least?"
no subject
"I trust you," he says at last. "Thanks for trusting me to make the choice."
He shrugs, then picks up a biscuit and looks at it skeptically.
"I mean, I'm not thrilled about it... but everyone's got to eat eventually. If other food's not going to be available until later - if it's not anywhere nearby - there's not really an option. But I'd rather know."
Hello! My name is Milla and I write long tags haha.
"Of course." she replied, "And you have my thanks for giving me your trust as well. I felt that you should know before you partook. There are many who are not. To be honest, there are a lot of strange phenomena here. Mostly things to um... urge us in a certain direction. The main conundrum is, you never know what exactly might have such an effect, unless you have encountered it before." she sighed, "It is an ironic thing indeed. These, amenities you might call them, anything handed out by the Augur for instance..." she flushed again and averted her eyes. "Unless it is earned of course." As much as she was trying to relate the important information that Jaune needed to know in an objective sense so he could get settled here; It really was difficult to explain anything regarding daily life in this place without addressing the topic of the elephant in the room. Still, that didn't mean she really wanted to speak of it outright. She waited a bit, hoping the air of awkwardness, at least on her end, would disperse a little before continuing.
"Though I suppose some might look at it as a sort of adventure."
She grabbed a few more things, snacks to keep her tied over while they looked at the stars. Zelda knew it wouldn't take much to glue her to the heavens. She had met herself after all, and was quite aware of how much of a 'nerd' she really was. Perhaps she should warn Jaune? Instead of shocking him to death when she suddenly started 'geeking out' over some constellation or another.
"I must warn you of one more thing." Zelda smiled a little amused. "I am somewhat of a scholar in my own world. So I apologize in advance if I launch into a lecture of sorts." she laughed lightly, "I will do my best to make it as entertaining as possible." She directed him back to the area he had laid claim to, and to where a couple of the 'viewing tubes' had been set up nearby.
"Have you inspected it yet?" she asked curiously and gestured to the telescope. "It is a rather exciting prospect; having a map of the heavens laid bare before your very eyes. Do you not agree?"
Then she perked up excitedly, a playful expression crossing her features, as an entertaining idea popped into her head.
"Oh! Shall we try it together? At the count of three?"

The enthusiasm is kind of cute, he thinks. He only understands about half of the warnings she gives, but he gets, immediately, that there's something uncomfortable, but probably not dangerous, lurking unsaid. They can get back to it in a moment. For now... he positions himself near one of the telescopes.
"Okay," he confirms, the slightest trace of eagerness leaking into his own voice. He really does need to distract himself, to relax. He knows that much.
"Ready."
The irony is... that I almost replied with my Ruby 'cuz I forgot to switch the journal lmao
When Zelda put her eye to the telescope, what she saw was more amazing than she could have dreamed!
Not only could she see the stars themselves, but the heavens had more than just the white glow to them. There were other colors as well! blues, purples! It was honestly quite breathtaking!
Looking closer, she actually could make out pictures, 'constellations,' as those who read the stars for fortunes called them.
"Oh! Do you see? That one looks like a cat! And that one... It's an owl! Oh look, there's even... even a..."
She literally choked when she came to the realization. Well, she really didn't want to say aloud what she saw in that one. It couldn't be! This was so embarrassing! Was her mind really that far in the 'gutter?' Had being in this place really affected her that much in such a short amount of time?
Wow... she was honestly shocked by the things she observed.
Zelda backed away from the telescope shaking her head in disbelief. Her face was absolutely beet red and for once in her life she prayed to the Goddess for reasons other than that which she was bound by; that Jaune wouldn't notice how awkward she had suddenly become. She glanced to the side, to see if Jaune was, hopefully, still transfixed by the starscape... and continued, her gaze trailing down, further, until she herself was transfixed on something she really shouldn't be looking at, shielded only by the fabric of his pants.
Oh my...!
The more she tried to look away, the more she found herself staring.
How shameful this princess had become! What would her father think? What would anyone back home think?
She coughed in an attempt to compose herself.
Maybe if she closed her eyes?
Nope! That... was worse! Her thoughts were filled with musings on various descriptions of his manhood.
And then she began to panic, as now she was actually imagining things... things that the two of them could do, possibly in regards to the A5 card and the subject she had been trying to avoid since the moment they met!
The part of her that had become fixated and suddenly looking at this new acquaintance in ways, and with thoughts that were completely uncalled for, warred aggressively with the part of her that was screaming about discipline and propriety.
Zelda heaved a frustrated sigh.
"My apologies, Jaune, I know I had promised that I would stay and accompany you in this endeavor, and... it's only been a short while... but, unfortunately, I must go. Something has... come up."
It wasn't a lie... or perhaps it was only true in her mind, if one was aware of those implications.

He blinks, takes a staggering, uncertain step. Suddenly, it's all her can do to focus on Zelda herself and not on the mental image of just what her legs, hips, and ass would look like if she was undressed; if the two of them were in his tent or even a blanket on the beach. It's an entirely vivid, all-encompassing fixation, and he goes beet red in an instant.
It's not as though those kinds of thoughts are new to him. He's always been... easily drawn to other people, and he's always been imaginative. With seven sisters he grew up with a solid, unromantic grounding in feminine physique, so he's never been the sort to leer, that's the thing. And dorm living in Beacon on a team with two girls means platonic sisterly images weren't the end of his education - Nora in particular had occasionally been spectacularly cavalier about where and when she changed. You learned to live with it, he'd thought, and he'd always been a gentleman about it before.
So it's strange to him that the sudden image is so compelling, and his face goes red. His fantasies are usually safely confined to the showers, not so deeply rooted in what's going on right in front of him.
"What?!" he blurts, baffled, not only about her sudden retreat but about what's going on in his own head. "Wait. I... what?"

Zelda had never found herself at such an ineloquent loss for words. Speechless yes, but something like that?
She hadn't actually been able to take even one step in the opposite direction of Jaune, as much as she had said and wanted to. So yes, she was still there, staring, noticing more than she should even know about in the first place; considering how sheltered she had been before arriving here.
Even her own daydreams hadn't been this vivid... ever! Okay, well possibly once or twice, she wasn't completely without imagination.
Still, this was not the time nor place! Or was it...?
No. No, no no no NO! She shook her head, trying to take rip herself from those thoughts, and was finally able to tear her eyes away from Jaune's groin to at least look at his face. On which it plainly written that he, too, was somehow in the same sort of trance. That was embarrassing in it's own way... and a little flattering, even if she was aware that it was most likely only due to the effects of the spell.
Well, they couldn't just stand here gawking at one another the whole night. Zelda knew that much. Once she had fallen for one or another of the Augur's tricks, the effects would only get stronger until... until...
Until she found some sort of release...
Zelda swallowed hard. Hoo boy, what a welcome indeed!
"Jaune..." she finally managed to find her words, even it it was still barely louder than a whisper. "I am so... so.... sorry. I... I had no idea that a simple star viewing would end up like... Well, like this. This is very much so, more than just the food."
That, honestly wasn't helping any either though, her own body was already reacting in the somewhat familiar, well at least no longer puzzling ways, that had only been discovered since finding herself in this place.
Not that it had been all bad.
She cleared her throat again before speaking, barely managing to keep her voice from cracking.
"Given... this place, is not normal by any standards. There may be things we must do to lift the spell.
Oh come now, Zelda. she told herself There is no point in beating around the bush any longer! He's going to find out sooner rather than later.
She took a breath and tried to put it as delicately, and objectively as she could... and failed miserably
"We will have to have sex." she blurted out plainly, "Possibly, even fulfill one of the requirements detailed on the card that the Augur gave you."
She nodded to the bracelet on her wrist and then at his, but realized she should probably say something else too.
"Not that I wouldn't mind doing anything with you... you're quite attractive. I admit, I had thought that even before the effects of... whatever they have done to us. And you have proven yourself more than nice." she sighed for more reasons than the fact that he would be introduced to this whole deal, barely after washing ashore. It was also the issue of her own self worth that had been all too common in her world, only it had manifested in different ways here.
"I apologize that your introduction to the predicament that we are all bound to here, has to be so soon... and that your first experience with the matter has to be with one such as myself."
Zelda had no idea of the extent of his experience, which is why she worded it the way she did, but if it was true that he had none, just as she had upon arriving, her guilt would only increase.
"I can only offer you the advice that someone else gave me. Do not think of it as simply 'crossing off a square on the card.' she smiled shyly with the admission, because it had been all too true. "It helps to... and I speak from experience, to form a personal connection with the one you are with, a bond so have you, and to allow for things to progress naturally. And it will work out in the end."
At least that was what she hoped, she still couldn't manage to shove that voice of self-doubt away, no matter how hard she tried.

He takes a deep breath and tears his gaze up and away from her hips to look her in the eyes again.
"This is... not really how I pictured this moment in my life going," he explains, a little weakly. "Although, I probably should have guessed it would happen when I was living out of a tent." He's done a lot of sleeping outdoors the last couple years.
He's got other objections, but they're for this place, not for this girl, this smart and absolutely stunning girl he's just met. If this is something she's had to accept he's sure she's had to run them through herself. For one thing, it's fine to talk about forming a personal connection, but it's another thing to go from smiling at a girl who you might, possible, be developing a very mild crush on, because she's kind and intelligent and beautiful, and thinking about tearing her clothes off on a beach full of people with telescopes.
no subject
"Do you... do you really mean that?"
She still wasn't used to such compliments... as flattering as they were, being addressed as such by someone other than a possible suitor in her home world could end in a really harsh punishment. Not that Zelda agreed with it in the least.
The princess couldn't help the frown that spread when she came to the realization that she quite possibly would be his first, and ironically was compelled to do the exact opposite of what she should have done in this situation. Though this was not necessarily brought on by any magical means.
Zelda stepped up to him, took his hand gently in both of hers, and smiled warmly in an offer of comfort. It was just the sort of person she was. She had an innate kindness and hated nothing more than seeing others in distress. And being the cause of that distress was worse still, even if Jaune himself had just admitted that it wouldn't be as calamitous as she had imagined he would.
"Know this." she promised softly and with complete honesty, "I will do all that is in my power, or even just as... me, to make this as wonderful, meaningful, memorable and genuinely special as I possibly can. You deserve at least that."
That is, assuming Jaune even wanted to remember it, or see her again at all for that matter. She pursed her lips as she thought a little more on that. "After tonight, I vow that I will find some way to make it up to you. If you think of something, you only need ask."
And to think, Zelda hadn't even arrived at the same conclusion regarding the possible exhibitionism that may accompany this. Not that it would be anything that everyone here hadn't seen before. In all honesty no one would probably even notice.
She offered another shy smile, not really meaning to elevate herself but thought that perhaps a bit of humorous optimism might make it a tiny bit easier?
"On the bright side, not many can say they've had the pleasure of having relations with an actual princess."
no subject
He shivers at the touch, and it makes him pause. He takes a half-voluntary step forward, closer.
"It doesn't matter to me that you're a princess," he says, trying to keep his mind on what he wanted to stay, and not the warmth of her skin or how close she's standing. "And I don't want you to make this up to me. If it's really going to mean something, if it's about a connection, then you're not doing it to me. We're doing it. Together. So you're not the one who owes me anything. Whoever... put a spell on the telescopes? Or however this works. They owe me. You're... a friend. Who's trying to help."
Still hesitant, he raises his other hand to brush the back of his fingers down her cheek, very slowly.
"Okay?"
no subject
Zelda brought a hand up to entwine her fingers with his, she closed her eyes for a long moment, committing it to memory; before opening them again. Her emerald gaze was still filled with relief, but now there was more; gratitude, adoration even. With this simple gesture and assurance, she could already feel a stronger bond forming than had been there previously. Even minutes earlier. For Jaune to call her 'friend' meant more to her than he probably even realized. He was beyond nice, he was truly a kind hearted soul!
"Okay." she affirmed softly, leaning slightly into his touch.
Of course being this close, having even this small measure of intimate understanding and physical contact sent chills running down her spine, in a good way. And really, it was all she could do to hold herself back. But not all of it was due to the Augur's ploy.
She glanced away and then shyly back again, a light pink hue dusting her cheeks. Her next words were more honest, than propelled solely by the enchantment's influence. What could she say? Zelda was a hopeless romantic at heart.
"I... I'd like to kiss you now. If... if that's alright?"

no subject
Why Zelda was so nervous was still a little confusing to her. By this time, she had kissed others before, so it wasn't like she was completely inexperienced there; even while under the effects of some spell or another. However this was the first time she had initiated something like this. Still, there was something else that felt... different and she couldn't quite place it. She reached for Jaune in return, placing a gentle hand on his shoulder.
She took a breath and let it out slow, heartbeat quickening as she cupped his cheek with her other hand and moved in slowly to tenderly press her lips to his.
Despite the level of excitement that Zelda was feeling, the kiss was sweet and rather chaste, all things considered.
After a long moment she finally pulled away, lingering a little but still remaining somewhat close after doing so. Her cheeks were still dusted a light pink and the smile that she wore was still shy even if there was a sparkle of anticipation in her gaze.
A short silence fell and her green eyes flicked away and then back again to meet his. The warm breeze picked up slightly, causing her long hair and clothing to gently sway, as if to add to the effect and she tucked a stray strand of gold behind one pointed ear in a nervous gesture.
"Was that... alright?"
no subject
"Yeah," he says, faintly. "Yeah, that was all right. Better than all right. Can I..."
The hell with it, he thinks, and leans in, capturing her lips in another kiss, body bumping gently against hers, lips opening hesitantly as he tries to deepen the kiss.
no subject
She returned the kiss humming approvingly and obliged in parting her lips when Jaune requested to deepen it. Zelda's lips molded to his as she put more into the kiss herself, possibly with a bit more force than she intended as the waves of desire slowly started to creep in and take hold.
And then her hands shifted. tentatively at first, until her arms were draped lightly around Jaune's neck, her own form suddenly pressed to his was almost enough to throw the both of them off balance. One hand found its way into his hair, the short blonde strands running easily through with the delicacy in which her fingers trailed.
There wasn't a whole lot that Zelda was aware of around them at this point, her attention focused solely on him, his feel, his warmth, his touch. Both her mind and body were left wanting and needing for more.
no subject
He realizes that, and a moment later, realizes that his fingers are massaging, pressing her forward, so that he's very nearly grinding against her stomach. That is enough to snap him out of his reverie, breaking the kiss, red-faced and gasping for breath.
no subject
She moved however Jaune guided her, rubbing her body against him in return.
Her hands began to slide lower as well, instinctively grasping at his t-shirt.
Until he broke the kiss, leaving her, too, panting hard as she tried to take in air. When Zelda was able to breathe again in a less labored manner, she looked back at him, meeting his gaze with her own. There was a certain heat reflected there that hadn't been before and she couldn't help but smile at the realization that Jaune had been just as absorbed in her as she had in him. It made her feel giddy, wanted, exactly as she was supposed to with that deeper connection she had spoken of earlier.
Of course there was that brief moment's hesitation, the one that was all too common with her; that he had somehow changed his mind, found a way to reject her, not that she intended to force anything if he had; even if she was absolutely still in the thrall of the enchantment's effects.
Nevertheless, she should probably find out before continuing.
"Is...is something wrong?"
no subject
"It's not you," he says, conscious that she may need reassurance. "It's - we're standing on a beach where there are more than a dozen people. With telescopes. I'm just feeling a little... shy... about the next part."
His fingertips dig in a little bit to the curve of her ass, as if for emphasis.
no subject
"Oh... OH!" she exclaimed smiling sheepishly as she glanced around, looking for the closest place that would offer a good amount of concealment. Which happened to be the water itself. She pondered this for a moment.
That... wasn't something she had really done before, and honestly, she was a little curious. Amusingly enough, that is how a lot of her experiences came about, not necessarily in regards to what they were currently doing, but in general. Sometimes they ended good, sometimes they ended badly. Zelda shrugged and decided to see where it might lead.
Despite how awkward and sort of weird it seemed, she extracted herself enough to take Jaune's hand and gently urge him in the direction of the ocean, which was actually only a few short strides. There, she stepped out of her sandals leaving them just out of reach from the waves, and looked back to Jaune, still a little hesitant.
no subject
There's still the question of getting safely into the water, but presented with the option, and as desperate as his body and lust-tinged mind have become, he's got no further hesitation. He shucks his shirt over his head in a quick, careless motion, revealing lean, toned muscles shaped by countless hours of travel and training.
Then, with a quick, resolved breath, he unbuckles his jeans and kicks them off, thumbs hooking through compression shorts and athletic strap to peel them away at the same time. Beneath, he's clean-shaven (because there is no discomfort worse than a stray curl catching in an athletic strap in the middle of a stretch), cock pressed flat against his stomach already.
Five quick strides from the low tide-line, and he's hip-deep in the lukewarm water of the cover, looking back over his shoulder at Zelda with eager longing.
no subject
Being a proper lady, Zelda was also clean shaven, but at least had the momentary advantage of her hair covering her breasts. Not like that would matter in a second as all shame she had felt while on the beach, worried about any onlookers suddenly melted away as she leapt forward and almost tackled Jaune in the process of running to meet him. Her arms came up around him and her whole body shivered with the skin to skin contact.
She was just as eager to pick up where they had left off, this time being the one to claim his mouth in an intensity that surpassed even their previous kisses.
A miniscule part of her, the one that thought in logic instead of was propelled by emotions and urges wondered how exactly this was going to work, but simultaneously was just as excited to find out.
no subject
Supporting someone he's carrying, at least, he knows how to do. His hands slide down her thighs, guiding her to wrap her legs around him. His cock is trapped between them, at nothing like the right angle to enter her, but in the meantime even slight movements of her body send thrills running through him, gasping into the kiss, hands sliding up her bare sides once he's sure she's not going to fall, thumbs rubbing up across her chest in clumsy exploration.
no subject
A sharp intake of air accompanies his ministrations, no matter how clumsy, they still felt intoxicating to her and the soft noises that escaped with those attentions would be proof of that. The flame in her breast ignited to a roaring fire, and even the feel of his length rubbing against her made that familiar heat pool low in her belly and the ache in her inner thighs and center intensify.
Noting his angle and not at all thinking of it in any sort of belittling sense, she broke the kiss once more, still panting hard. She placed a gentle finger to his lips but still smiled encouragingly and maintained eye contact as she felt around in search of his member. Zelda teased at it a little with a slight mischievous smirk before shifting to position him and herself, to better allow for penetration.
"Okay?"
no subject
no subject
When he nodded, she smiled and returned the gesture before bracing with one arm on his shoulder and shifting again to guiding him so that she could lower herself onto his length. Fortunately, it didn't hurt as it would have if she hadn't done this before and the fact that she was more than ready to take him in with how heated things had already gotten helped a lot as well.
Naturally, she was unable to completely quiet the moan that escaped when he filled her, her inner muscles already fluttering in anticipation as she adjusted to the feel of him.
"Just, move as your instincts tell you. There is no need to hurry." she instructed, voice still remarkably hushed and calm, despite the roar of need inside. How long she could keep that up would remain to be seen. She pressed her lips to his in another slow kiss before pulling away and smiling her gaze caring, sweet, and encouraging.
