Which is not really true, it wasn't necessary for them to learn - Ingrid always insisted on doing her own hair, and if for some reason the others needed their hair braided, the manor or palace staff would have happily done it for them. But Dimitri thought it would be fun to braid his own hair (he didn't trust himself to braid anyone else's, with his Crest), and Felix insisted that Ingrid teach him too so he wouldn't feel left out, and then Sylvain wanted to braid Felix's hair, so he had to learn too. And then Ingrid dragged Glenn into it so he could braid her hair for her one day when they were married. ...Goddess, that's such a bizarre thought, now.

"Hmph. She did, and I've practiced to master it. I don't do things by half measures."

Finally, he plaits the final few strands and uses the hair tie she had in before to secure it at the bottom.

"Finished."
