Peter has grown up living among aliens, his definition of 'not normal' is very, very wide. Alucard, with his pretty pale skin, fangs, and long hair, doesn't seem that odd to him. In fact, he's a very handsome man, and even a blind person would notice that. The romance novel vibe and the pants add a romantic touch to it.

"Hm, can you?" The corner of Peter's lip curls up at that, making a mental note and storing that information. One never knows when it might come in handy. "Ah, but there's more to it than just holding your breath. It's knowing that you trust the other person enough to give out some control, and that they'll reward that trust with blinding pleasure."

While Peter has other practices that he personally enjoys more, he has plenty of experience being the one offering a literal hand for those interested in breath control. At Alucard's admission that these sorts of things aren't spoken in public back in his home, Peter relents a little and gives him a kinder smile.

"I know it's a lot to handle, especially the first days. But you don't have to do anything you don't want, and you don't need to kill the A5card either. If it will help make you more comfortable, we can go talk somewhere more private."
