Felix, captain of the guard for the ruler of an undersea kingdom, loathes the surface world. The sun is too bright, everything is too loud, and humans range from boring to irritating to outright offensive. But a patrol is a patrol, so here he is, both swords strapped to his back and his long, dark hair loose as he emerges from underwater a little ways out from the shoreline, fully visible to anyone who might be there on the beach for whatever reason. Teal fish scales glitter in the sunshine along his bare shoulders, neck, and upper back.
He spots someone in the shallows or getting into the water and scowls, drawing a blade and approaching as close as he can without actually hitting the shoreline.
"This is our ocean. Stay out."

Felix has no intention of actually doing this ridiculous job the automata have decided he should be doing, despite having to wear this outfit they gave him because they took his clothes while he was in the bath, claiming they had to be cleaned very thoroughly. Whatever.
Nonetheless, he kept the map, because he honestly hasn't done much exploration of the city at all and figures he might as well learn where everything is, even if only to know what places to avoid in the future.
So if anyone happens to run into Felix, wearing skintight leather pants, a similarly skintight sleeveless midriff mock turtleneck, and biker boots, he may not want to guide them anywhere, but the second he talks to them they might insist...
