( one minute taichi is asleep, the next he's coughing up salt water and crawling on a beach. he doesn't remember coming to the beach in spite of talking about it recently with naoto. he isn't really sure what to make of the robots (what even?) or the bracelet (he doesn't put it on) and wanders aimlessly along the beach trying to figure out where he even is (because he's pretty sure this isn't japan anymore, toto.
eventually, he winds up at the spa and partakes in the amenities. taichi thinks it's a good idea, for now, to get cleaned up so he can figure out what's going on and find... someone he might know. or, at the very least, get some more information.
except, after a soak in a bath his clothes are nowhere to be found. just a little scrap of a towel that barely covers his modesty. white-knuckle clutching it around his hips he peers around every corner, his brows dipped in annoyance. )
Oi! Anyone? Someone made off with my clothes!

( not that taichi has resolved himself to staying here, but he's here for now and going to deal with it as best he can. he feels awkward now, knowing the things he knows about this place and wants to go home. but, since he's stuck for the time being, he wanders into a cafe to get something to eat and figure out some sort of plan.
after getting his coffee and pastries, he sits near the window and stares out listlessly. he's there not even five minutes before he hears that strange little sound, feels the crackling of static across his skin and then... well, nothing but a cool breeze as his shirt is suddenly gone. )
What the— ( he looks down, annoyed, then around the cafe like someone took it from him. ) What the hell's with this place and taking my clothes?!
( which he barely snaps out before that same sound sizzles again and the chair he's sitting in disappears and he rolls backward into the next table. )
