"I know. It is. Being able to live a life I couldn't have is worth it if it brings happiness." He began to eat thoughtfully. Both the food and the company to enjoy it with were wonderful. It was more he could ask for in this life. His last one included a desperate climb to the top which promised safety and an iota of respect but at the end of it, this was all he wanted.

"I would be happy to. It is really wonderful to have someone I don't have to hold back the spice with. I would have some every time I would visit Yunmeng on business, I would book an extra day every time." he laughed softly.
