Meeting first Xichen's eyes, then A-Yao's, he nods, digesting both responses. He hardly knows either man anymore but he's weak to Xichen's embarrassment and to A-Yao's even honesty.

He huffs. His anger he banks for later and lets some of the tension go out of his posture in clear capitulation to both of their words. The one thing he does not do, however, is apologize.

"Good." He nods again, satisfied for the moment. Pushing away from the wall, he stalks forward, closer to where both of them are bare and joined. There's a measure of caution to his approach, not quite uncertainty, where he is testing the water with respect to A-Yao's invitation. He looks from one to the other before settling his gaze again on Xichen. "Don't stop on account of me."
