If circumstances were different, Romelle is sure this beach would be an amazing place to spend time. But perhaps the fact that she'd come to in the water and then had to drag herself all the way to shore only to discover that her clothes have vanished has soured her opinion just a little.
But that's alright. She's willing to give this a chance. It's not the beach's fault she woke up where she did, as far as she's aware. There are other people around, which only amps up the urgency in finding replacement clothes or something to cover herself.
Fortunately, there are helpful robots passing out towels and... what look like communicators.
A skeptical Romelle can be spotted later, wrapped in a pink towel that could stand to be a little larger and poking at the communicator.
Eggcelent Eggstravaganza
The decorations, while cute, mostly have Romelle scratching her head. She's not going out of her way to avoid them but she has noticed the fact that they're just... everywhere.
The robots aren't particularly helpful, because it seems they're more interested in asking her about recent changes to the island. In and of itself, that's not such a strange request, but she hasn't even been here for very long. How is she supposed to know what things are different?
Investigating the booths proves to be a mixed bag, in that some of them are offering gardening supplies - which Romelle is happy to load up on - and some of them are handing out other things. She's not immediately investigating any of the more risque items because she's too busy trying to plot out a small garden in her head. Lack of a place to stay seems like a pretty big roadblock there, but that's a problem for future Romelle. Eventually, she'll need to figure that out. For now, though, the blonde is content to wander for a bit longer. She's friendly and open enough to anyone who wants to approach her, though she won't shy away from pointing out when something seems off.
Chocolate Catastrophe
It seems a little too good to be true, exchanging credits for eggs. Romelle is sure there's probably more to it than what they're being told. On the other hand, she doesn't have any credits and that puts her in a vulnerable position.
And so she decides to go along with this odd little scheme, until or unless she finds some reason not to. It's straightforward enough; find a nest, collect the eggs, profit. She can't help but wonder why the robots don't just gather the eggs themselves and cut out the middle man.
"You don't look dangerous, but I guess that doesn't mean anything."
There's nobody else around and the rabbits in the area had scattered as soon as she arrived, so she's addressing the nest over there.
Scents and Scentsibility
In the end, she survives the field trip into the forest. Later, she can be spotted wandering the stalls again. There's something in the air that's calling to her but she can't quite put her finger on it. Something spicy and a little sweet.
Cue the appearance of another helpful robot. Romelle isn't strong enough to turn down a free gift, and she's curious about the perfume so of course she's going to put some on. She's not sure what to think about the tradition, but it seems innocuous enough. So it's back to wandering after that. Her evening is pretty wide open, after all.
