Some of the buildings here seem to be in a state of ruin. Others...have structural integrity, but don't appear to be well maintained beyond that.

Fortunately, the buildings that are structurally sound do have electricity and running water, and the water at least appeared clean when I filled a sink to test it. Given that some of the people here seem like they're settled in, I'm assuming it's relatively safe to drink. There's some basic furniture, but its quality is...questionable.
