as for the veins being such a visible trigger, that's slightly worrisome. especially if Caroline doesn't have any control over it. Carmilla chews at her lip and sucks mildly at her own bloodbag like a Capri Sun as she thinks. as for talking about tragic origin stories, no worries Caroline, Carmilla is more than happy not to dig into being an 18 year old girl murdered at her birthday ball and kept in a sex dungeon by her would-be fiancé long enough for him to marry and procreate more than once. that's totally fine, they can keep their turning stories to themselves for now. )
